Motifmania on the move!
Just before Xmas I moved my Equestrian business into retail premises, over the next couple of weeks I will be moving the contents of my current workshop into my shop which will enable me to be creative far easier when everything is in one location! I'll be adding lots of new beads and pendants and motifs over the coming weeks and am really looking forward to making lots of new goodies. In the mean time please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be made and dispatched whilst the change over happens. Once fully set up at the shop dispatch times will be much quicker! Royal Mail Industrial Action
Due to the ongoing Industrial action/strikes with Royal Mail we have decided to wait until Monday 26th to send all our outstanding orders out.
It has been very difficult to know what to do for the best but the 2007 strikes caused us serious problems where items had been dispatched just before and just after the strikes. We had at least 80 parcels back logged for anything between 4-8 weeks, yet items posted a couple of days after the last strike day reached customers in the normal time frame
We are truely sorry for this situation that is beyond our control and thank you for your patience.
